• Specifically for 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade coaches/teams

• TYS Staff will demonstrate how to run a drill and organize a practice with teams

• Coaches will assist

• Dynamic Checklist provided

• Making Practice fun manual provided

• 3 – 5 clinics

Skills and Performance Clinics

• Grades 4th – 8th

• Skills run by local HS coach

• Performance run by local performance training company (approved by TYS)

• Sessions will focus on specific performance related dynamics that will help athlete’s skills (i.e. vertical jump technique etc.)

• Homework manual provided.
